Issue by Dame: Index.php problem on my wordpress concept?
I set up my new wordpress theme but I retain finding this error on the home web page of the theme.

The theme is broken. Contact whoever created the theme to fix it. It may not be an updated theme for your version of WP, or maybe it is a new theme for the new version of WP, and you’re running an older version.
In the meantime, you can ftp into your site, go into the wp-content/themes folder and delete the theme you installed. WordPress will default to the default theme.
