I’m using the “Sketchy Topic”
So I’m a novice in webdesign and I wished to mess close to with the term push templates. The one particular I downloaded was filled one CSS file and numerous PHP files.

I was wondering: How do I see the modifications I have produced? Do I need a distinct software to open the template as a whole?

u need install a database in your pc..
