So then when I go back to the themes main web page at the bottom it says Stylesheet is missing.
What does this suggest? How do I fix it? When I go to my file supervisor on ipage I see that it uploaded my file in the concept part but the folder itself is entirely empty.

Consider downloading the concept to your computer. Unzip it and see if everything is in there.
Btw, a stylesheet is the .css document.
